Cancellation Policy
Membership Cancellations
All memberships are billed monthly and auto-renew every 30 days.
Subscription plans must be honored for the full term selected.
If you anticipate travel, schedule changes, or inconsistent availability, please choose a non-subscription option.
Subscription plans cannot be paused, refunded, or canceled early.
Session Cancellations
Please cancel or reschedule at least 6 hours before your session to retain your session credit.
Late cancellations (under 6 hours) and no-shows will result in a lost session.
