Membership Cancellations

  • All memberships are billed monthly and auto-renew every 30 days.

  • Subscription plans must be honored for the full term selected.

  • If you anticipate travel, schedule changes, or inconsistent availability, please choose a non-subscription option.

  • Subscription plans cannot be paused, refunded, or canceled early.

Session Cancellations

  • Please cancel or reschedule at least 6 hours before your session to retain your session credit.

  • Late cancellations (under 6 hours) and no-shows will result in a lost session.

  • This policy helps us honor the small-group format and ensure everyone gets the best experience possible.
