Meet Becky Stephens

Founder of Bulletproof Wellness

Becky works primarily with women 35 and up who want to get stronger, move better, and stop feeling like fitness is something they have to start over on every few months. Most of her clients come to her after years of programs that didn't stick, injuries that slowed them down, or a point in life where they decided they were done guessing and wanted someone who actually knows what she's doing.

She coaches personal training clients, leads semi-private group training sessions, and offers nutrition coaching. The thread through all of it is the same: train for life, not just for looks.

How Bulletproof Got Built

Becky spent 17 years as a Group Fitness Director and Assistant Fitness Director at Onelife Fitness before she decided to build something of her own. She holds over 30 certifications in fitness and nutrition and has coached athletes, military members, brides, pregnant and postpartum clients, and people recovering from injury across more than two decades in the industry.

She built Bulletproof after going through multiple surgeries and setbacks of her own. She knows what it takes to come back stronger because she's done it. That experience shapes how she coaches and what she expects from the space she built.

What to Expect When You Train at Bulletproof

Sessions are structured and purposeful. Becky is direct about what works and why, and she's not going to hand you a generic plan and send you on your way. She keeps groups small so she can actually coach, and her clients know the difference between going through the motions and training with intention.

You don't need to arrive with everything figured out. You need to show up ready to work.

She's also a proud grandmother, which means she has zero patience for anything that wastes your time.

If that sounds like the kind of coaching you've been looking for, the first step is easy.
